Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Ride Prestige. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"Ride Prestige", "we", and "us" refer to Ride Prestige Ltd. "Customer" and "you" refer to the individual or organisation making a booking. "Journey" refers to the transport service booked through our platform.
2. Booking and confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Ride Prestige. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation. Quote estimates are indicative; final fares are confirmed at booking stage.
3. Payment terms
Payment terms are stated during booking or agreed separately for an approved corporate account. Any online payments are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout.
4. Cancellation policy
The cancellation window and refund processing period are published on the Refund & Cancellation page and form part of these terms.
5. Passenger conduct
Passengers must behave safely and lawfully. Ride Prestige may refuse or terminate transport where conduct is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
6. Luggage and property
Customers are responsible for luggage and personal property. Excess luggage must be declared when booking.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, or civil emergencies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
